Booth booking is now open!
Applications open October 13, 2023 and close April 30, 2024.

Applications to exhibit at Label Forum Japan 2024 opened on October 13, 2012. The maximum number of booths for this exhibition is planned to be 180 from 100 exhibitors, and the deadline for application is Friday, April 30, 2024.

We recommend that you apply as soon as possible, as we have received many inquiries about the exhibition after five years.

The main changes from the previous show are: the duration of the show has been extended by one day to three days, the booth size has been expanded to 3m x 3m, and the basic booth fee is 407,000 yen (tax included). Please contact the organizer for further information and consultation.

Label Forum Japan 2024 will be held!
For 3 days from October 23 (Wed), 2024
at West Hall 3, Tokyo Big Sight

Label Forum Japan, the largest label-related event in Japan, will be held at Tokyo Big Sight West Exhibition Hall 3 in Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo, for three days starting on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

Utilizing a space optimized as an exhibition venue, the event is planned to be an exhibition main event with a focus on demonstrations of actual equipment. The previous exhibition in 2019 attracted 150 booths from 100 companies and more than 5,000 visitors from Japan and abroad, and this year's show is expected to surpass the previous one in terms of exhibition area, exhibitors, and visitors, respectively. Although the conferences that have been held each year will not be held, a dedicated space will be set aside in the exhibition hall for various seminars.

Since the exhibition will be held at the same time as TOKYOPACK 2024, which is organized by the Japan Packaging Institute, Tokyo Big Sight will be the venue for a variety of events designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest in labels and packaging.
