Ray Weiss serves as Vice President of eLearning and Certifications at PRINTING United Alliance, where he leads educational strategy, certification programs, and international partnerships across the global printing industry. He is a recognized G7+ expert and an active member of the Screen & Digital Print Technology Academy, contributing extensively to the advancement of color management and print quality standards.
Prior to entering the printing industry, Ray served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Air Force. The discipline, operational focus, and commitment to building effective systems developed during his military service continue to influence his professional approach today.
Ray is currently focused on expanding the global adoption of G7+, strengthening PRINTING United Alliance’s international affiliate network, and helping printing companies translate technical expertise into measurable business growth. He is a strong advocate for higher industry standards and education, believing that continuous improvement in print quality and workforce development directly contributes to greater profitability and long-term success for printing businesses worldwide.
