Chiara Prati is the CEO and Chief Sales Officer of PRATI, a global leader in finishing and converting solutions for the label and packaging industry.
Since taking responsibility for the company’s commercial development in 2003, she has played a key role in PRATI’s international expansion, contributing to an 800% increase in successful customer installations worldwide, the construction of the company’s new manufacturing facility in 2011, the launch of PRATI USA in 2018, and a 600% expansion of the company’s finishing solutions portfolio.
Passionate about innovation and long-term partnerships, Chiara believes that the best technologies emerge from listening carefully to customers’ needs and transforming their challenges into opportunities. Her leadership combines strategic vision, customer-centricity, and a strong problem-solving mindset, helping printers around the world improve efficiency, quality, and competitiveness.
