President, Japan Federation of Label Printing Industries – Young Leaders Council (JS)
CEO, Eiko Printing Co., Ltd.
After graduating from university, he joined Mainichi Communications Inc. (now Mynavi Corporation), where he worked at the company’s Tokyo headquarters as a sales representative for mid-career recruitment media. In this role, he was responsible for developing new business opportunities with a wide range of clients, from small manufacturing companies to publicly listed corporations. He later served as a project leader for the manufacturing industry sector, joining a specialized team focused on business development for listed companies while also contributing to content planning and development.
After five years with Mynavi, he joined his family-owned business, Eiko Printing Co., Ltd. He worked as an operator of flatbed printing presses while also taking responsibility for a broad range of business functions, including DTP production, sales, website management, and social media marketing, contributing to the company’s growth and modernization.
Since 2021, he has served as CEO of Eiko Printing Co., Ltd. In 2026, he was appointed President of the Young Leaders Council (JS) of the Japan Federation of Label Printing Industries, where he is dedicated to advancing the label printing industry and fostering the next generation of industry professionals.
