Exhibitors are required to either purchase the official booth package or appoint their own stand contractor.

Not Included in the Exhibition Fee

• Electrical installation and power consumption charges
• Internet and communication line installation and usage fees
• Company name board/signage
• Booth lighting
• Carpeting and booth decoration
• Tables, chairs, and furniture
• Rental equipment and accessories
• Lunch and catering services
• Loading/unloading and parking fees
• Insurance
• Waste disposal and removal of leftover materials

Application Deadline

April 30, 2026

Exhibitor registration will be considered complete once the organizer has received and approved the application form. Applications may close before the deadline if all available booth space is sold out. Companies are encouraged to contact the organizer regarding current booth availability.

Should booth space become available due to cancellations after the exhibition is fully booked, applications will be accepted according to the order in which they were received.
