Exhibitor Guidelines

  • Only products that can be publicly displayed and disclosed may be exhibited.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for transporting and removing their own display items.
  • All exhibit setup must be completed before the exhibition opens.
  • If you are unable to transport your exhibits yourself, please indicate this on the application form.
  • Exhibitors who cannot deliver their exhibits in person may ship them to the designated location by the specified date and time at their own expense. Please indicate this on the application form.
  • Any exhibits remaining after the close of the event will be disposed of. Return shipping will not be available.
  • Please indicate on the application form whether visitors are permitted to touch or handle your exhibits.
